My client is a leader in their industry, they are looking for a product manager to join them, initially you will be working remotely with the view of the future also offering you flexibility, the base location is in Amsterdam, the client is looking for a professional who can hit the ground running and has depth of team spirit and collaborative approach, you will be the product manager for Data Science covering the Euro zone, managing various exciting Data Science products.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Product Manager
• Data or Data Science products management
• Strong Product Management
• Data Science passion/interest
• Strong and proven track record of dealing and interacting with business stakeholder experience
• Strong experience working with the business as well as technical teams
• Extensive experience negotiating
• Working with development teams, data scientists
• Taking products from discovery to launch product delivery
• Working on product management of various data products across various regions
• Keen learner
• SQL or Data knowledge
• Ability to query
• Agile
• Self-starter
• Experience working in international projects

Role

• Data Science Product Manager
• Product manager or PO bridging gap between business and data science team
• The team projects, they should be able to have worked on product life-cycles as the teams deal with products start to finish, so product development life cycle management from MVP to UAT to 24 countries
• European Scope
• Ability to prioritise according to business goals
• Write documentation
• Data driven
• SQL
• Translating technical into simple business language, ensuring they can interchange and communicate with technical and non- technical language
• Branching product recommendations like online you will also like type of solution, Pricing, algorithms that create price recommendations
• Data, platforms that host data
• Working extensively with Data science team
• Large data sets in the millions

Bonus skills:

• Google knowledge
• Azure DB
• Spec products and changes to current products
• Language skills - any other European language; French, German, Polish (huge plus), Dutch but not essential at all!

• The team has a range of Data Science degree's/Finance and some Masters degree maybe someone with PhD soon very academic and smart cookie team and Full Stack development
• Not essential more about the Characteristics.
