Job description


I'm working on this role EXCLUSIVELY for this FinTech organisation! I'm looking for a strong candidate who has a minimum of 2 years practical experience, capable and ambitious. My clients Lead Developer and CTO will work this candidate closely in order to grow him/her to a Senior Developer as soon as possible, so this is a rare opportunity. We are willing to take either Kotlin or Python developers.


Experience:
- Backend Software Engineer (Kotlin or Python)
- Design and develop new
- Microservices
- Lead a Squad or report to the Squad Lead, and collaborate with fellow Web, Mobile, QA and DevOps engineers working in the same product area
- Minimum 2 years as a professional Back End Software Engineer using Kotlin or Python programming language
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field from a reputable university
- Support and develop junior software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities
